The chase pan we provide to replace the one that is rusting out are the heaviest metals in the industry. The pans are measured and all seams are welded not just caulked.   The collars are incresed in height to 3 inches, replacing the 1 1/2 " collars on the old ones. The pans are broken to tapper off the water.
